Wests Illawarra Named Finalist in 2026 ClubsNSW Awards

Wests Illawarra is proud to be named a finalist in two categories at this year’s ClubsNSW Clubs & Community Awards, recognising the impact of our Community Strong and sustainability initiatives across the Illawarra.

The Club has been shortlisted for Heart of the Community, highlighting our ongoing support of local sporting groups and community organisations through both financial contributions and hands-on volunteer programs.

We are also honoured to be recognised in the Sustainable Future category, acknowledging our commitment to long-term environmental initiatives, including our solar carpark project and Net Zero Planning grant program.

These nominations reflect the continued efforts of our team, members and partners who help bring our community initiatives to life each day. From local sport and community organisations to sustainability, we remain focused on creating meaningful, lasting impact across the region.
